I’ll be giving a lecture titled Islamic Textual Legacies and Contemporary Challenges: Homosexuality in Modern Shiʿi Thought on Friday, October 25, 2024, at the University of Texas at Austin. The event will take place from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM in the Meyerson Conference Room, WCH 4.118. The lecture is sponsored by the South Asia Institute, Religious Studies, and Middle Eastern Studies at UT Austin.
